RESEARCH

Research is a fundamental part of burn contracture understanding, prevention and treatment. Despite contractures being so common and problematic, there is limited research. Research on burn contractures in low and middle income countries, where contractures are most common and more severe, is particulary lacking.  Through building a community, progressing research and raising awareness, we can deliver real, positive change to help realise a world without burn contractures and cancel the suffering associated with them.
